Provide and advice on a variety of contractual matters
Lead and assist in the resolution of contractual disputes
Draft and maintain standard contracts and purchasing terms
Review and evaluate contracts, bonds and guarantees during the tendering phase
Negotiate with clients and suppliers
Credit and risk appraisal of clients and suppliers
Required skills
Law degree preferred (attainment of other relevant qualifications with combined suitable experience may be considered)
Minimum three years relevant experience with offshore or commercial contracts
Negotiation experience, preferably international
Strong commercial awareness
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Co-ordination and organisation skills with the ability to seek and gain consensus.
