We are looking for a senior HSE Advisor that would like to work in a dynamic and challenging project based organisation.
Tasks and responsibilities
Prepare and follow up HSE plans for projects.
Advisor in HSE matters for project management
Maintain and develop HSE systems
Establish a risk management planed and carry out relevant risk analysis as procedure HAZOPs, HAZIDs and HIRAs
Responsibility for familiarization of the various project procedures and objectives.
Promotes the use of professional HSE tools, principles and objectives.
Supervise, coordinate and monitor HSE performance on projects.
Conduct training in Company's Business Management systems.
Liaise with operation and HSE department
Advise in matters related to HSE to the project members

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Good computer knowledge
Enthusiastic and creative
Skills
The position requires a high extent of independency.
Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and develop motivation for HSE issues
Qualification and Education
Professional qualifications in HSE with degree from university or college.
Relevant experience can compensate for the lack of formal education
Experience
Preferable with 3-5 years relevant experience from Subsea or offshore environment
Job Related Requirements
Qualified and experienced HSE & Quality System Auditor
Subsea operations knowledge
