Main tasks
Assist in preparing the Project Budget at project start up Entering Project Budget into SAP.
Assist in maintaining the Project Budget and Forecast with Variation Orders (SAP versions 1-5).
Assist in maintenance of WBS.
Assist in maintenance of Sales order.
Assist in invoicing of sales order

Assist in monthly Project reporting
- Participate in project cost review with all Work Packages
- Assist in preparation of Internal Overall Project Status Report (Signed by Project Controller and Project Manager)

Monthly Financial reporting
- Assist in reporting on hedge issues
- Assist in preparing rolling Sales forecast
- Check % complete, WIP (Work in Progress), Advanced Payment (R-projects)

Project Close out
- Assist in closing project commitments
- Assist in closing of all WBS's and networks

Assist with preparation for internal FMC corporate audits and external statutory audits.
Assistance to continues SAP improvements (in tests)
Contribute to department improvement projects

Qualifications
Economic higher education
Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office

Start: as soon as possible
Duration: 6 months with large opportunities for further extensions
