Main tasks
Participate in Tender process with input on reporting issues and attend in Line by Line reviews.
Review of main contractual issues to identify financial requirements.
Responsible for preparing the Project Budget at project start up
Project Budget into SAP
Maintain the Project Budget and Forecast with Variation Orders (SAP versions 1-5) Create and maintain Variation Order. Overview Responsible for establishing effective reporting routines within the Project Responsible for input to financial department on hedging information.

Responsible for the Project WBS
- create and maintain Sales order
- create and maintain (ZSOR)
- create (ZMEL) Invoicing of sales order

Follow up outstanding invoices towards the Client Input to reporting to Client

Monthly Project reporting o Project cost review with all Work Packages
- Review / forecast Project GM o Prepare Internal Overall Project Status Report (Signed by Project Controller and Project Manager).
- Prepare and perform Project Review Meeting with Portfolio Manager (Tuesday/Wednesday meeting) Monthly Financial reporting
- Reporting on hedge issues o Rolling Sales forecast o Check % complete, WIP (Work in Progress), Advanced Payment (R-projects)

Project Close out
- Financial agreement towards Client
- Assist in closing project commitments
- Close all WBS's and networks o Make Close out report
- Notify Department of Transport, Custom & Excise o Establish Warranty project

Assist Project Manager with Yearly budgets (sales and GM)
Training within economical issues of project team members
Assist Project Manager with having focus on economical issues in Project Execution
Focus on improving financial results including working capital, project margin and EBIT
Assist with preparation for internal FMC corporate audits and external statutory audits.
Assistance to continues SAP improvements
Contribute to department improvement projects

Qualifications
Economic higher education Relevant working experience
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office

Start: as soon as possible
Duration. 6 months with large opportunities for further extensions
