Arbeidsoppgaver
Our employees have broad experience in commercial, legal and technical disciplines. We are involved in onshore facilities and offshore installations and handle major tasks and issues in Norway and internationally. The tasks relate to procurement decisions, supplier management and daily follow-up of the supply chain.

We are looking for a professional candidate with a strong commercial attitude who can work in cross-functional teams.

The successful candidates will work in one of the four Strategic Procurement units. The main tasks for the units are to enter into and administer Frame Agreements and Contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively supporting internal clients in managing all parts of the procurement processes such as:

Establishing and maintaining demand and market analysis
Developing procurement strategies in cooperation with the different technical disciplines
Prequalification of suppliers
Preparing inquiries, evaluating tenders and leading negotiations in relevant areas
Establishing and managing contracts and frame agreements
Procurement follow-up of modifications and/or maintenance projects
Advising internal clients on procurement issues
Contribute in developing best practice in the area
Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with customers and suppliers

Ønsket kompetanse
Higher education; commercial and/or relevant technical or legal.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
